Cabin Fever Concert in Granby |
Some of our best gigs never make it on to our gig list. That's because they're private parties or other events not open to the public. Here's a case in point.
On June 17, we trekked up Brian Horton's steep driveway in Granby to participate in his second annual Cabin Fever concert. We joined a stellar group of musicians that included Nat Kennedy, Fred Pedemonti, Scott McAllister (and his able fiddler Meredith), a bagpiper, a banjo picker and others. Brian put together a rustic yet fully equipped stage and his nephew worked the audio/video controls. We had a lot of fun playing and listening and no one was injured on the descent to the Subaru. Thanks to Brian for inviting us to his lovely home for such a fun evening!
